Panelmatic, Inc. is hiring an Assembly Supervisor to lead one or more production teams and oversee the execution of manufacturing processes for custom electrical, instrument, and pneumatic control panels. The role includes assigning and monitoring work, training employees, maintaining workflow and quality standards, coordinating equipment and process improvements, analyzing production data, and resolving personnel issues. The position requires shop-supervisor or equivalent manufacturing experience, English and industrial-drawing communication skills, ISO 9001 environment experience, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
