The role includes assigning and monitoring work, training employees, maintaining workflow and quality standards, coordinating equipment and resources, analyzing production data, improving processes, and maintaining a safe work environment. The position requires shop-supervisor or equivalent manufacturing experience, English and industrial-drawing communication skills, ISO 9001 environment experience, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
