Description
The Assembly Supervisor coordinates assembly staff and production resources to meet safety, quality, volume, and delivery goals. The role ensures adherence to standard work, availability of machinery and materials, accurate operational records, resolution of safety and environmental risks, compliance with environmental and quality systems, Built In Quality implementation, customer alert closure, and corrective maintenance execution. An associate degree or technical certification is preferred, with three years of leadership experience and automotive or industrial experience required.
