BETA Fueling Systems is hiring an Assembly Supervisor in Reidsville, North Carolina to plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing assembly activities for narrow-body carts, hydrant trucks, military equipment, and Cell One products. The role supervises assembly leads, manages staffing and production schedules, coordinates with production control and engineering, supports quality and on-time delivery, and leads safety and continuous-improvement initiatives. The position requires an associate degree or equivalent manufacturing experience, at least two years managing people or supervisors, Microsoft Office proficiency, and forklift experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with occasional overtime and Saturday work.
