Curtiss-Wright EST Group is hiring an Assembly Supervisor – Pop-A-Plug to lead and coordinate the daily activities of its assembly team in Hatfield, Pennsylvania. The role serves as a quality gatekeeper, verifies production documentation, performs inspections, coordinates corrective actions with Quality and Engineering, monitors defects and process improvements, trains employees, conducts floor audits, and enforces safety and workplace standards. The position requires an associate’s degree or equivalent, at least five years of manufacturing or assembly experience, supervisory experience, and proficiency with manufacturing or ERP systems; the salary range is $90,000 to $95,000 annually.
