Description
The Assembly Supervisor will oversee the assembly department, ensuring product quality, productivity, efficiency, and adherence to schedules and cost goals. This role involves assigning tasks, providing resources, conducting investigations into discrepancies, training employees, performing performance appraisals, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary. The supervisor will work closely with production, quality, engineering, and purchasing departments and must be a US citizen.
