Description
The Assembly Supervisor will lead and schedule assembly operations, manage material flow and workforce planning, implement Lean manufacturing practices, maintain quality and safety standards, coordinate with engineering and materials teams, oversee production meetings and returned goods, resolve inventory discrepancies, and support continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and either 2+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience or 5–7 years of manufacturing management experience, along with Lean, ERP, SAP, production planning, and project management experience. The position offers an annual salary of $80,000–$85,000, a performance-based bonus, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and paid time off and holidays.
