Molex is hiring an RF Assembly Supervisor in Tamsui District, New Taipei to lead RF assembly production and operations within the CSBU RF manufacturing team. The role oversees production activities, capacity planning, resource allocation, process standards, quality, cost, delivery, continuous improvement, equipment maintenance, new-product production ramp-up, and team performance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing, electrical engineering, or a related field, at least 8 years of manufacturing or assembly operations experience including wire assembly, high-precision assembly, and micro-assembly, and at least 3 years in production, process engineering, or operations management. English literacy, computer skills, communication, leadership, execution, and cross-functional coordination are required.
