Hyster-Yale is hiring an Assembly Supervisor to lead approximately 20–25 assembly employees on the shop floor. The role manages daily production, safety, quality, schedules, KPIs, bottlenecks, process improvements, HR tasks, and improvement actions, while collaborating with the Value Stream Manager and support departments. The position requires an HBO degree in a relevant field, leadership experience, Dutch and English proficiency, Microsoft Office knowledge, and an interest in technology and production environments.
