Description
Senior Aerospace SSP is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee assembly and welding operations, supervise personnel, maintain production schedules and quality standards, control costs and scrap, support continuous improvement, and ensure safe and organized work areas. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5–7 years of manufacturing experience, experience managing 25 or more employees, and Lean or continuous improvement training. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday on the first shift from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with an annual target salary of $85,000 and benefits including a matching 401K plan and paid time off.
