Description
Senior Aerospace SSP is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee assembly and welding operations, supervise personnel, maintain production schedules and quality, control costs and scrap, ensure safety and housekeeping, and support continuous improvement. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5–7 years of manufacturing experience, experience managing 25+ employees, and knowledge of lean manufacturing, business metrics, and manufacturing software. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with an annual target salary of $85,000 and benefits including a 401(k) match and paid time off.
