Description
The Assembly Supervisor will lead and coordinate assembly team activities to meet safety, quality, production volume, and delivery objectives. The role requires ensuring adherence to standard work and procedures, availability of machinery, tooling, materials, staffing, and equipment, accurate operational recordkeeping, resolution or escalation of safety and environmental risks, compliance with environmental and quality management systems, implementation of Built In Quality practices, closure of customer alerts, coordination of corrective maintenance, and MMS practice management. An associate degree or technical certification is preferred, along with at least three years of leadership experience and automotive or industrial experience.
