Description
The Assembly Team Leader leads a daily team of assembly employees and foremen, maintains a safe and structured shop-floor environment, coaches staff, and drives quality, delivery reliability, productivity, Lean principles, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires production, assembly, or machine-building leadership experience, Dutch and English communication, and preferably technical HBO-level education. It is based at Venco Campus in Eersel and offers a competitive salary, 27 vacation days for full-time employment, a VencoFIT allowance, and training opportunities.
