Description
The Assembly Technician assembles or fabricates mechanical parts, equipment, and products on a production line using blueprints, tools, and engineering specifications. The role includes quality checks, defect documentation, rework or repair, adherence to safety procedures, and maintenance of a clean work area. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of emergency apparatus building experience, dependable customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to stand and walk over 95% of the work time while lifting up to 20 pounds.
