Description
The Assembly Technician builds, assembles, inspects, and tests pumps, fluid ends, flow line products, and other components. The role involves reviewing work instructions and schematics, gathering materials and tools, using hand and power tools, performing quality checks, completing documentation, tracking inventory, reporting issues, and maintaining a safe, organized production work area. It requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, diagram-reading ability, manual dexterity, physical stamina, communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended periods in a production environment.
