Description
AIM is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to assemble and integrate mechanical and electrical components, PCB assemblies, wire harnesses, fasteners, brackets, and final hardware structures. The role includes reading engineering drawings and schematics, installing components to specified torque values, performing functional testing, troubleshooting defects, and supporting prototype and life tests. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of hands-on assembly or mechanical/electrical experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, low-volume/high-mix production environment. Compensation is $40,000-$75,000 base salary.
