Baxter is hiring an assembly-oriented production worker responsible for following assembly processes, setting up and operating test equipment, performing routine assembly tasks such as soldering, applying RTV silicone and epoxies, folding/labeling/boxing product, and maintaining productivity and quality standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalency, at least 1 year of assembly or related experience, strong mechanical dexterity, the ability to lift 40 lbs, and the ability to work repetitively in varied positions with minimal supervision.
