Description
Crusoe is hiring a full-time Assembly Technician to prepare, assemble, and improve products and parts manufactured on-site. The role covers basic metal assembly and fabrication, quality checks and documentation, packaging and shipping, production tracking, material handling, and coordination with the production team. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 0–2+ years of blueprint-reading experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a safety-sensitive environment. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour plus bonus, with equity and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
