Description
Gritt is hiring a full-time, on-site Assembly Technician to build, fit, and finish mechanical hardware for its field robots. The role involves assembling mechanical subsystems and full robot builds, welding, drilling, grinding, deburring, fastening, aligning, and finishing metal and composite parts; fabricating brackets and fixtures; troubleshooting mechanical fit issues; maintaining shop tools; and supporting field or bench testing. Candidates should have hands-on experience with welding, drilling, angle grinders, and mechanical assembly, be comfortable reading drawings and following BOMs, and work reliably in an industrial hardware environment.
