Description
Matrix is hiring an Assembly Technician to assemble components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods according to schematics, drawings, and work instructions in a climate-controlled assembly environment. The role includes electronic component installation, in-process and final testing, documentation, equipment calibration, warehouse equipment operation, and support for ISO/IEC 80079-34 quality initiatives. It is an onsite, Monday-through-Friday first-shift position in Newburgh, Indiana, reporting to the Production Supervisor, and requires a high school diploma or GED plus 3–5 years of technical assembly or manufacturing experience.
