The role involves reading technical manuals and blueprints, troubleshooting engine systems, maintaining records, collaborating with engineers, and complying with safety standards. Applicants need an associate degree in aerospace technology, aviation maintenance, or a related field, or three or more years of automobile assembly experience as a substitute, along with proven aerospace technician experience. The position is limited to U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents and involves physically demanding work, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
