Randstad Techniek is recruiting Assembly Technicians for contract opportunities with machine-building employers in the region. The role involves assembling and mounting machines, mechatronic modules, and subassemblies; integrating and connecting components; adjusting and testing installations; performing quality control; and suggesting process or design improvements. Candidates need at least MBO level 2 knowledge in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automotive, or relevant assembly experience, along with the ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics, precision, and a quality-oriented approach. The contract offers gross monthly salaries of €2,500 to €4,500, holiday allowance, vacation days, 32–40 hours, personalized training, and access to a broad employer network.
