Ready is hiring an Assembly Technician in San Carlos, California, to support the full build cycle of custom communication pods. The role involves receiving and inspecting components, assembling enclosure structures and AV equipment, wiring and terminating cables, applying privacy film, testing assemblies, packaging units, and maintaining production quality and safety. Candidates should have hands-on AV installation, electromechanical assembly, or hardware build experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, wiring knowledge, and the ability to follow documented build procedures in a production environment. The position offers an hourly rate of $43.27–$57.69 plus equity upside and benefits.
