The Lead Assembly Technician assembles semi-finished and finished parts into mass timber products according to job specifications, process documents, cut sheets, and verbal instructions. The role includes preparing workstations, using power and hand tools, performing dimensional and visual quality checks, selecting correct hardware, transporting materials safely, and maintaining a clean shop environment. Candidates need manual dexterity, tool aptitude, tape-measure and basic shop-math skills, visual inspection ability, attention to detail, and the ability to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
