Rheinmetall is hiring an Assembly Training Specialist to develop training concepts, support onboarding and knowledge transfer for international skilled workers, transfer processes and work instructions, develop production-site key figures and continuous-improvement processes, and serve as a subject-matter expert for assembly. The role requires a completed technical apprenticeship, several years of professional experience, metalworking experience, MS Office knowledge, German and English proficiency, and unrestricted business travel.
