Description
The Assembly Worker will pack, sort, and organize finished health-food products into boxes, crates, and pallets; perform simple quality checks; assist with cleaning and maintenance of the assembly area; and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing or related-industry experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical demands including prolonged standing, repetitive motion, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Bilingual English and Spanish ability is preferred.
