Description
The Assembly Worker will build, test, and inspect advanced systems and modules in Almelo, following technical instructions and quality protocols. Responsibilities include assembling components, executing test procedures, resolving malfunctions, processing rejection reports, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires an MBO-level qualification in mechatronics, electronics, or precision engineering or comparable technical experience, familiarity with TPDs and small-batch assembly, Dutch communication skills, and availability for 32–40 hours per week. It offers a gross monthly salary of €2,800–€3,500, a temporary appointment with conversion toward permanent employment, training opportunities, and an accessible work environment.
