The employer is hiring an Assembly Worker, Assembly Production (m/f/d) for a long-term assignment with a modern industrial company in the Nuremberg area. The role involves assembling assemblies and subcomponents, soldering components, following production orders and instructions, operating assembly workstations, packaging products, performing final inspections, and maintaining a clean and quality-focused work area. The position offers an hourly wage of €16.50, a strong chance of being taken on by the client company, and a paid soldering course. Applicants should have reliability, care, very good German language skills, manual dexterity, and a basic technical understanding; production, assembly, or packaging experience and soldering skills are advantageous, while production experience is not required in every case. The role requires a regulated four-shift system with early, late, and night shifts.
