MZ-Plastic GmbH is hiring a full-time Assembly Worker / Tradesperson to work on-site in two-person teams on new-build and renovation projects across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role involves assembling ventilation systems, serving as the customer contact, and requires a hands-on technical background, trade qualification or practical experience, and appropriate technical understanding; plastic welding experience is preferred. The position includes an initial production and manufacturing training period, followed by customer-site work, with benefits including above-tariff pay, vacation, a Christmas bonus, and meal allowances.
