Description
The Assessment Intern will review parcel change-detection results from geospatial and imagery-based tools, compare detected changes with current and historical property assessment records, identify and flag discrepancies, document reviewed parcels, and support data verification and quality assurance. The role is intended for a current undergraduate or graduate student in a relevant field, requires at least two courses or equivalent experience in geospatial analysis, parcel mapping, or property data, and requires physical presence in an office.
