Description
Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring an Assessor to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and other ABA assessments for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and delays. The role involves developing assessment reports, recommending treatment strategies, coordinating with clinical teams and caregivers, analyzing assessment data, and maintaining documentation. It is a hybrid position with in-home and remote components, available in Napa, Modesto, or Sacramento, with a Monday-Friday 8 AM–8 PM PST schedule. Candidates must hold a BCBA credential, a relevant master’s degree, and experience conducting ABA assessments; compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year with bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and benefits for employees working 30+ hours per week.
