Description
OpenAI is hiring an Asset Compliance Program Lead to establish a cross-business framework for lifecycle visibility and financial governance of hardware-related assets and capital equipment. The role will design controls, systems roadmaps, ownership structures, reconciliations, verification models, audit-evidence practices, and executive reporting across acquisition, custody, transfers, inventory, impairment, retirement, and third-party custodians. It is a senior individual-contributor role requiring at least eight years of experience in hardware operations, supply chain, manufacturing, asset management, procurement, audit, risk and controls, or a similarly control-intensive environment, along with ERP, reconciliation, audit-readiness, and AI-enabled process-improvement experience.
