The roles perform balance-sheet analysis, margin and peer analysis, budget support, committee preparation, and internal consulting, with the Analyst II role handling more complex analysis and potentially presenting to management. Analyst I requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least one year of financial or data analysis experience preferred; Analyst II requires a bachelor’s degree preferred and at least two years of related experience, with banking or financial services experience preferred. The Analyst II hiring range is $68,000–$80,000 plus an annual bonus, and the Analyst I range is $54,000–$63,000 plus an annual bonus.
