The role involves researching court records, credit header data, people-location software, and other public sources; making phone contacts to confirm data; and updating verified information in the system of record. Applicants should have Microsoft Office skills, research and web-search knowledge, strong communication and attention to detail, and experience in customer service, call center, or administrative work.
