The role focuses on operating-report analysis, asset-management strategy, LIHTC and regulatory compliance, occupancy and financial performance, capital expenditures, restructuring, refinancing, and disposition analysis. It is fully remote for candidates residing in Maryland or the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, with periodic site travel required.
