The role involves maximizing financial returns and asset value by utilizing financial modeling and property valuation expertise. Key responsibilities include preparing quarterly asset reviews, developing investment strategies for leasing, refinance, and sale, guiding future development projects, and collaborating with various internal teams like the Investment Group, Capital Markets, and Portfolio Management.

Additional Information
