Description
Thompson Thrift is hiring an Asset Management Associate to support the financial and operational performance of multifamily real estate assets, including lease-up and stabilized communities. The role involves monitoring budgets, forecasts, occupancy, rent, concessions, cash flow, NOI, and capital needs; developing variance analyses, financial models, forecasts, and asset strategies; collaborating with community management, development, accounting, marketing, and investment teams; and preparing recommendations for senior leaders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of multifamily asset-management experience, strong Excel and financial-analysis skills, Yardi or comparable-system experience, and willingness to travel to Thompson Thrift communities.
