Description
The Industrial Asset Management Engineer will establish and improve the asset management system for buildings and structural infrastructure at a production site in Hoboken. The role translates ISO 55000 and risk-based decision-making into maintenance strategies, prepares multi-year maintenance plans, analyzes inspection and degradation data, conducts root cause analyses, prepares work packages, and coordinates small improvement projects and external contractors. It requires a master's degree in engineering, at least one year of industrial asset management experience, knowledge of ISO 55000, SEVESO, and Eurocode, and fluency in Dutch and English. The position is full-time and on-site in Hoboken, with occasional work from home only with approval.
