Description
This internship supports an Asset Management Team in Frankfurt for at least six months starting in January. The role focuses on managing and optimizing logistics and commercial real estate assets through lease analysis, reporting, external provider coordination, CapEx and value-add initiatives, property and market research, leasing support, and improvements to internal processes and reporting tools. Candidates should be pursuing a relevant degree, have German and English skills, strong MS Office proficiency, and demonstrate organization, communication, teamwork, and a proactive hands-on approach.
