Lima One Capital is hiring an Asset Management Intern to support performing-loan and construction-asset management across its asset management teams. The role involves monitoring loan performance and borrower compliance, preparing portfolio reports, researching markets and properties, reviewing construction draw requests, tracking construction progress, identifying risks, analyzing property operating information, and supporting loans transferred to special servicing. The internship is onsite in Greenville, South Carolina, runs for 11 weeks from Monday, May 17, 2027 to Friday, July 30, 2027, and pays an hourly rate dependent on the position.
