EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Asset Manager to work in Portland, Oregon, with the position being remote for candidates based in Oregon. The role oversees the long-term financial and physical health of affordable-housing properties, manages budgets, audits, reporting, reserve draws, capital plans, LIHTC accounts, and regulatory and investor requirements, and supports property performance monitoring and corrective actions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience, with 3–5 years in affordable housing and at least 1 year working with housing agencies and investors. The salary range is $85,500–$140,600 per year, with a hiring range of $85,500–$113,050 per year for new employees.
