Kinkora Investments is hiring a full-time Asset Manager to report to the Head of Asset Management and manage a portfolio of office and industrial real estate assets. The role focuses on optimising financial, operational, and strategic outcomes, including budget and KPI performance, net operating income, leasing, tenant relationships, CAPEX, cash flow, property operations, reporting, and support for valuations and asset sales. Candidates need at least five years of asset management or property operations experience, a bachelor’s degree in Property, Finance, or a related discipline, strong communication and project management skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and knowledge of office and industrial real estate management.
