RCD is hiring an Asset Manager to manage its multifamily affordable housing portfolio, including financial performance, capital planning, budgeting, property-level strategies, compliance, reporting, financing support, and coordination with property management and other stakeholders. The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, an associate degree, strong financial and Excel skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid model with occasional travel around the San Francisco Bay Area. Compensation is $103,910 to $121,580, with health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance among the benefits.
