Sungrow North America is hiring a full-time, remote Project Manager to lead warranty and out-of-warranty service programs for photovoltaic and battery energy storage systems. The role manages customer relationships, escalations, warranty claims, long-term service agreements, cross-functional teams, supply-chain coordination, cost recovery, risk control, and customer success while reporting progress and trends to senior management. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of energy storage or solar experience, and at least three years of project management experience, along with electrical, field-service, communication, analytical, and HSE knowledge.
