ABB is hiring a Marine Asset Performance Manager to lead asset performance management activities for critical marine assets, including drives, automation systems, and Azipod propulsion. The role combines asset management, reliability engineering, condition monitoring, data analytics, predictive and prescriptive maintenance, and digital twin solutions to improve reliability, availability, and lifecycle performance. It is a hybrid position based in Finland or Norway and requires a relevant engineering or automation degree plus several years of experience in asset performance management or related areas.
