The Asset Protection Lead is an hourly retail role focused on reducing shortage, improving profitability, and protecting company assets through process improvement, compliance, incident response, and store-level training. The position involves investigating theft, fraud, dishonesty, and organized retail crime; ensuring proper documentation and protocol; supporting AP systems and data security compliance; coordinating with local law enforcement; and maintaining strong communication, confidentiality, and adaptability in a customer-facing store environment.
