The role manages security staff, vendors, CCTV and access-control systems, compliance audits, incident investigations, emergency response, staff training, reporting, and security improvements. It requires frequent travel, flexible shifts, a valid driver’s license, background checks, and at least 7 years of asset protection or security management experience, with 5+ years in physical security and 7+ years in electronic security systems.
