ALO is hiring an Asset Protection Specialist to support flagship and surrounding sanctuary locations. The role focuses on shrinkage reduction, theft and fraud investigations, CCTV and surveillance monitoring, inventory and RFID analysis, loss-prevention policy enforcement, staff training, and collaboration with management, law enforcement, and legal teams. The position requires travel within the market, flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability, and physical activity including lifting up to 30 pounds. Base pay is $25–$29 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision plans among other benefits.
