Description
The Visual Security Officer provides a visible, welcoming presence at the customer entrance and on the selling floor to deter theft, monitor customer traffic, maintain a safe environment, greet customers, and communicate suspicious activity to Asset Protection or Security. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, independent and team work, and the ability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. No education or prior experience is required, and the position involves prolonged standing or walking, occasional bending or kneeling, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
