Description
The Safekeeping Officer will secure and administer physical securities and assets, maintain custody records and audit trails, perform sanctions screening and due diligence, reconcile client and counterparty instructions, distribute validated instructions, monitor exceptions, and support audits and regulatory reviews. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of relevant custody or financial-services operations experience, knowledge of post-trade and reconciliation processes, business requirements documentation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Preferred qualifications include process automation, SWIFT and custody-platform knowledge, and project-management or UAT experience.
